Question: Would 18 inch rims fit on a 94-94 basic honda accord? without raising it?

You are going at least two inches oversize. Unless you drive in a straight line on smooth flat pavement you are probably going to have to hammer out the seam in the wheel well to keep from cutting the tires, and it will probably raise it two inches.

With low pro tires u wont have a problem.

I have 17 "s with 225 sized tires and its fine...it you throw on 18 "s wit either 215 or 205 size tires you'l b fine.....i dont like the 205 tho because lo pro tires can really cause damage to ur rims if u are driving on rough roads and they are not too friendly wit pot holes
