Question: Can a mazda protege lx year 2000 hold 18 inch rims?

If you don't know, do you atleast know how i could find out? because getting rims is better than the 2 out of 4 hub caps i have on it, and the cheapest thing i foind for new rims and tires, are a set of 18 " rims with new tires for 250$. which i think is an excellent deal. why waste my time telling me to get real?
