Good Lord, what kind of question is this?

Not likely, it would be virtually impossible to fit on the rim without some serious prying.

NO, you can NOT get an 18 " tire on a 20 " rim. You CAN however put a 16 " tire, (for use on 16 " tube type rims) on a 16.5 " Tubeless rim; with FATAL results when you inflate it! Note that tire design/ sizing permits "mixing " these rims on single vehicle! (Saw it happen!! 4 trailer rims; 1 was 16.5 ", 3 were 16 ", (discovered AFTER the fact); size is so close tire man did NOT notice difference; trying to get 16 " tire to "seat " he used excessive pressure; when tire finally blew, rim bounced up and hit him in head, then put hole in ceiling 12 FEET up; dead before he hit the ground.)

Why would you ask such a thing. thats why they make 20 inch tires for 20 inch rims. If you cant afford 20 inch tires than get you some 13 inch rims or something. But for gods sake dont go out and try to pry that tire on there cause all you going to do is find out that it want work.
